Body for Life

I’ve started a new weight training program called Body for Life. Right now I am just going to do the Weight Training / Cardio, not the Eat for Life program.
Every week I’m going to post about my progress with the program. My goal is to use available time (lunch break) to try to be more fit and hopefully more healthy. I completed the first day today, the cycle is:
Day 1: Upper Body Training
Day 2: Cardio
Day 3: Lower Body Training
Day 4: Cardio
Day 5: Upper Body Training
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Rest
Currently my waist is 38″ and I weigh 186 lbs. I hope to post every Monday with new stats and information about the previous week’s workouts. Also, today I listened to two Beyond the Box podcasts while I lifted weights.

You go Lew! Body for Life is good … if only I would have stuck with it … for life! If you get bored with it or it ends up not working out for you, The New Rules of Lifting is excellent. Now if *I* could just get to a gym ……..

Thanks Heather… luckily I’m a 5-10 minute walk away from the gym at work. So I can just hop on over during my lunch break. How is your running going?

Brandon,
If we lived closer, we could work out together. I could use a good partner.
