One Hundred Pushups Program – Week 4 & 5 Results

As I said in my last post, I decided to take up their offer and repeat last week. Except, without realizing it, the onehundred pushups app put me back to the 2nd day of week 2! Friday, I was completely surprised when it asked me to do the evaluation test again.

So here are the results for the end of last week.
Week 4 – Week 2 (level 2):
Monday – Day 1 Goal: 10, 12, 9, 9, max (13+) – Actual: 10, 12, 9, 9, 14
Tuesday – Day 2 Goal: 12, 13, 10, 10, max (15+) – Actual: 12, 13, 10, 10, 15
Evaluation Test: 25 Total
Total That Week: 120 Pushups.

And the results for the end of this week.
Week 5 – Week 3 (level 2):
Monday – Day 1 Goal: 12, 17, 13, 13, max (17+) – Actual: 12, 17, 13, 8, 7
Tuesday – Day 2 Goal: 14, 19, 14, 14, max (19+) – Actual: 14, 19, 14, 7, 8
Friday – Day 3 Goal: 16, 21, 15, 15, max ( 21+) – Actual: 16, 21, 15, 11, 13
Total This Week: 194 Pushups.

So, as you can see I have definitely started to improve. It didn’t ask me if I wanted to restart this week this last time, so I am going to press forward onto the Week 4 plan.
