“Open link in a new window/tab” Checked by default in WordPress

Here is a simple script I created to set the “Open link in a new window/tab” checkbox to checked by default in WordPress. There might be a better way to do this, but this was pretty straight forward. Just stick this in a php file in the wp-content/mu-plugins directory and you should be golden.
