Week 3 was tough, but I have been pretty happy with the results. Again I’ve had trouble finishing all my sets, so I’ve decided to repeat this week.
As I said last week the iPhone App wanted me to take the exhaustion test again. I was able to do 23 good form pushups, which put me at level 2 for Week 3.
Week 3 (level 2):
Monday – Day 1 Goal: 12, 17, 13, 13, max (17+) – Actual: 12, 17, 10, 5, 5
Tuesday – Day 2 Goal: 14, 19, 14, 14, max (19+) – Actual: 14, 19, 9, 9, 7
Friday – Day 3 Goal: 16, 21, 15, 15, max ( 21+) – Actual: 16, 17, 9, 9, 8
Total This Week: 166 Pushups (27 more than last week).
